After working at a local job for nearly nine years, Fernando found himself suddenly unemployed — facing uncertainty about what came next. Feeling frustrated after struggling to find work, he turned to his mom and said, "I'm having a hard time getting hired anywhere. Why does it feel like no one wants to give me a chance?"
Without hesitation, she looked at him and said: "Son, it's time to work for yourself."
Her suggestion? A cleaning company.
Fernando laughed. "Wait, are you serious?" But his mom knew best — as moms often do. A few days later, Ladybug Cleaning Co. was born. She even picked the name.
From Humble Beginnings to Thriving Business
Started with a cleaning caddy, a mop, a vacuum, and two aunts as the team.
Fernando cleaned homes himself for the first five years — he knows every surface, every challenge.
