Booking & Pricing
Pricing is based on your home size, service type, and the current condition of your home. Our online booking tool shows you real-time pricing — no guessing. Standard cleaning starts around $120 for smaller homes; deep cleans and move-in/out cleans start higher. Get an instant quote at our booking page.
The easiest way is through our online booking tool — you'll see pricing, choose your service, select a date and arrival window, and confirm in minutes. You can also call us at (702) 287-7474 during business hours.
You can absolutely book a one-time cleaning — no commitment required. Many clients start with a one-time deep clean and then choose to set up recurring service. Others book us for special occasions or moves.
We offer three standard arrival windows: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 12–1:00 PM. Sunday availability is possible with advance notice. Note: we work within arrival windows (not exact times) because cleaning times vary by home.
Services
Standard cleaning is maintenance — designed for homes already in good condition that need regular upkeep. Deep cleaning is a more thorough, time-intensive reset that addresses buildup, grime, and areas standard cleaning doesn't cover. If you're a first-time client, we almost always recommend starting with a deep clean.
Interior refrigerator and oven cleaning are available as add-ons. They're not included in standard service due to the extra time required, but we're happy to add them to any booking.
Yes — we bring everything we need. You don't need to supply anything. If you have a preference for specific products (including eco-friendly options via Blueland), just let us know when booking.
Yes! We offer eco-friendly cleaning using Blueland products as an add-on option. Just select it when booking if you'd prefer a low-waste, eco-conscious clean.
Scheduling & Access
No — many clients provide a key or door code and aren't home during the visit. As long as we can access the property, we can clean. We're fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
You can reschedule or cancel through the link in your confirmation email, or call/text us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
We love pets! Please let us know about your pets when booking so our team is prepared. For dog/cat households, we ask that pets be secured or kept in a separate area during the cleaning for the safety of both your pet and our team.
Quality & Policies
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to fix the issue at no charge. Your satisfaction is our priority — no questions asked.
Yes. All of our team members go through a thorough screening process, including background checks. Only about 10% of applicants make it through our full hiring and training process.
Yes — Ladybug Cleaning Co. is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Nevada. This protects both our clients and our team in the unlikely event of any incident.
While rare, we are fully insured for exactly this reason. Contact us immediately if you believe anything was damaged and we will work with you to resolve it promptly and fairly.
